Safe and Environmentally Friendly Packaging Solutions

RAW MATERIAL AND YARN PRODUCTION

DEMPO starts bag production with polypropylene yarns produced from plastic raw materials. These yarns are used to produce fabrics that are extremely durable and suitable for different conditions.

WOVEN

Between 35 cm and 125 cm polypropylene woven fabrics are produced by Dempo and offered to customers with different options. These bags made of polypropylene woven fabrics are used in many sectors such as coal, food, cereals, animal feed, fertilizer, flour, corn, chemicals.

LAMINATION

Polypropylene fabrics, whose weaving process is completed, pass through the modern technology lamination line and hot lamination is applied to their surfaces in desired colors and weights. This process increases the durability and printing quality of the bags.

GRAPHICS & PRINTING

Visual works prepared by the graphic department are applied in 6-8 color flexo printing machines with vibrant colors. After the printing process, the fabrics are cut in desired sizes and turned into bags.

CONFECTION

Confection machines produce bags according to customer demands by sewing them in the desired size and folds. The new generation multiKON technology offers various applications and closure options.

BLOCK BOTTOM

Optionally, "block bottom" application is used for all laminated, BOPP and PP+ Craft products. This allows for automatic and manual filling and saves space during transportation and storage of products.
